  • We use calendar based invoicing. You will receive an invoice including the number of upcoming lessons you have scheduled for the month. This helps us ensure that you're only paying for the lessons you'll be receiving, and it makes our billing process more efficient. We also offer some great discounts for students who choose to pay for multiple months in advance.

  • We have a 24 cancellation policy. In the case of a lesson canceled within the 24h period, you will have the opportunity to use a makeup credit to ensue you do not miss out on any value! This credit must be used within your current billing cycle.

  • Yes, you may pause your membership. Just provide as much notice as you can and you will not receive an invoice for your paused period.

  • You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting us. If you cancel before the end of the current billing period, you will still have access to your lessons until the end of that period.
